Orders

How long does shipping take?

Every Lagoon Society product is made especially for you after you place your order.

Production time:

Usually 2-5 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping & Delivery:

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped from fulfillment location best suited to your destination.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method and are estimates only.

Once your order has shipped, you´ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by holidays,

customs, producing high order volumes, or circumstances outside our control.

Where do you ship?

We proudly ship worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has
been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking
link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become
active.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since every product
is made to order, production starts shortly after purchase. Contact
hello@lagoonsociety.de as soon as possible if you need changes.

What materials do you use?

We carefully select
premium-quality garments that are comfortable, durable, and designed
for everyday adventures.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed size guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Will the print fade?

Our products use high-quality printing techniques. Care instructions:

• Wash inside out
• Wash cold (30°C)
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron inside out if needed

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?

As every Lagoon Society product is made to order, we do not offer free exchanges or replacement items if the wrong size has been ordered.

Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering. This does not affect applicable statutory consumer rights.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email hello@lagoonsociety.de with your order number, a description of the
issue, and clear photos.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Depending on your country: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and additional local payment methods.
